I don't know about you, but sometimes I get very tired during the holiday. I have my very lively 7 year old grandson living with us, and it can be hard work.

Today we made a treasure chest out of an old box - some paint - and some glitter. Lot's of mess but lot's of fun. The learning came about when I asked him to think about what he was going to make before he started. You wouldn't think there's much learning there - but planning ahead is a hard concept.
